charming hideaway, ideal location
ideal location fresh flowers
i found the location to be ideal between rialto bridge and st mark's square. the room was a good size and reasonably appointed with fresh flowers i saw filled the reception area. i appreciated the lift available to upper floors, it helped with my luggage.

the location is easily walkable to major attractions and shopping. several restaurants are very close to the hotel. it's a great spot for exploring the city.

ample variety attentive staff spacious suite
Breakfast offered ample variety, it was a good start to each day! the staff consistently displayed attentiveness. they walked me to my water taxi early one morning. Their assistance made my departure seamless. the room, a canal view suite, provided a beautiful scene right outside the window, it was wonderfully spacious.
The complimentary water wasn't always replaced daily. This small detail was slightly inconvenient.

The breakfast included a large assortment of gluten-free options. This was especially helpful with dietary restrictions. the bar area had beautiful decor, though i did not get the chance to fully explore it.

Key attractions are a short walk away. This made sightseeing easy. many nice restaurants reside nearby. Finding a good meal was never a problem. the hotel is midway between rialto vaporetto and piazza san marco. This central placement was convenient.

My canal view suite felt spacious and good. The gondoliers entertained me below. the air conditioning worked efficiently. Maintaining a comfortable temperature was simple. the bed was comfortable. A good night's sleep was guaranteed.
